Your health and safety is our most important priority.  Accordingly, we are currently assessing how we will enhance our onboard health and safety protocols in light of COVID-19 and how these enhancements may affect our cruise offerings.  As such, our actual cruise offerings may vary from the descriptions provided and images displayed throughout the website.
Cruise Travel Advice (CDC) guidelines apply to all travel to the United States.

 View Special conditions for cancellations

Dear guests and partners,
 
we want you to be able to book your next cruise without worries and have again adjusted and extended our cancellation conditions due to the rapidly changing developments. The updated conditions replace the cancellation conditions we communicated before.
They are valid for cruises of Princess Cruises booked for departures until 30.09.2022 (excluded from this are any additional services such as flights, hotel accommodation etc. - here the regular conditions apply):

 

- Cancellation until 30 days before departure:
Cancellation fees (depending on the rate) will be converted into a voucher, which you can use for a new cruise. 
*Important information regarding the voucher:
 
- The voucher is not transferable and non-refundable.
- The voucher can be applied to any Princess Cruises cruise. Clients have to book by one year from the date of creation of the voucher and  sail by date of September 30, 2023.
*Please note that the voucher cannot be used for your originally booked cruise.

- Cancellation 30 days or less before departure: the normal cancellation conditions according to the terms and conditions apply.

Update Cruises Asia/Australia/South Pacific/Europe

Dear Guests,
While Princess Cruises continues to work with various government and port authorities to finalize plans for a return to global cruising, the line continues to face uncertainties regarding port access and ongoing international travel restrictions. 
As a result, it has been necessary to make several changes to future ship deployments. It is with regret that Princess Cruises must cancel the following cruises:

- Diamond Princess Japan and Singapore cruises through March 03, 2023 (Diamond Princess will sail from San Diego along the West Coast of the U.S. and to Hawaii instead).


- Majestic Princess sailings in Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific from Feb. 2023 to May 2023


- Royal Princess sailings in Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific from September 2022 to March 04, 2023. Please note that Majestic Princess will replace Royal Princess on sailings from March 07, 2023 and March 09, 2023.


- Ruby Princess Panama Canal departures in February 2023.


Please note that due to the current situation,  Baltic cruises onboard Enchanted Princess for 2022 has been cancelled.
As a result, Enchanted Princess will offer new voyages from Southampton to the Canary Islands, the Mediterranean, Scandinavia, Norway and Iceland, as well as passages across the Atlantic. 

 
All affected guests or their travel agents will be contacted individually with full information and details regarding these deployment changes.
Please understand that due to the current circumstances, it will take longer than usual to respond to your inquiries.

Dear guests,

Update Sapphire Princess
Due to the uncertainty of when cruise operations will resume from Australia, Sapphire Princess will return to the US West Coast earlier than originally planned. As a result, Princess Cruises has cancelled all Sapphire Princess sailings from 28.08.2022 through 29.10.2022 in Asia and Australia.
Please find attached a list of all cancelled cruises, respective replacement voyages as well as Sapphire Princess’s new West Coast sailings to Mexico, California and Hawaii. The new West Coast voyages will be available for booking from 17.02.2022.

Update Vaccination and Testing Policy

Valid for all departures 15+ nights (excluding back-to-back-bookings)
On all departures of 15 nights or more (including Panama Canal full transit, Hawaii and Transatlantic crossings), all guests are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet the following requirements:  
•    have received their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before the beginning of the cruise and provide proof of vaccination at terminal check-in
•    provide acceptable proof of a negative viral COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) taken within 2 days of embarkation 
•    take another COVID-19 test at the terminal on a complimentary basis (NEW)
•    wear face masks in designated areas except while eating or drinking 

Valid only for departures 16+ nights through 31.03.2022
All guests are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and meet the following requirements: 
•    have received their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before the beginning of the cruise and provide proof of vaccination at terminal check-in
•    proof of a COVID-19 booster that was administered at least 7 days before the start of the cruise (NEW)
•    provide acceptable proof of a negative viral COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) taken within 2 days of embarkation
•    take another COVID-19 test at the terminal on a complimentary basis (NEW)
•    wear face masks in designated areas except while eating or drinking


All affected guests or their travel agencies will be contacted individually with all information and details regarding these deployment changes.
